“From my first session with John I felt empowered. My mantra that we developed together is “strength, control, calm” and it is written on my bedroom mirror and I repeat it in my mind anytime I am feeling overwhelmed by anything. In Covid I lost my relationship, placed my mum in an Aged Care Facility, lost the job I love, missed seeing my daughter, son in-law, granddaughter and my father who has Parkinson’s disease.
